INGREDIENTS

1 Ripe cantaloupe sliced or
Cubed and peeled
4 oz Thin sliced prosciutto

INSTRUCTIONS

For a sit down first course, put 2-3 thin slices of peeled melon on
each plate and drape 2-3 slices of prosciutto over them. For finger
food, cut melon in cubes and wrap prosciutto around them, holding in
