Puerto Rican-style Pork Rub

INGREDIENTS

2 T Cumin, ground
2 T Garlic, minced
2 T Cilantro, fresh rough
chopped
2 T Black pepper, freshly
cracked
2 T Salt
2 T White vinegar
2 T Yellow mustard
2 T Jalapeno pepper, minced
2 T Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use within two days of
preparing.  Rub pork butt with spice mixture and smoke for 1 1/2 hours
