Clear flavoring (a tinted flavoring will change color or the icing) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix at slow speed until smooth. Add a
few drops of water, if needed.
Yield: enough to fill and cover a 2 layer 9-inch cake
