Pured Squash

INGREDIENTS

1 Butternut squash, steamed
1 Gem squash, steamed
1 pn Nutmeg
1 pn Paprika
2 Dsp orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and dice the squash and remove any seeds. I find steaming the
best way to cook squash or pumpkin. Cook for 20 minutes until tender.
Mash and add nutmeg, paprika and orange juice. Serve warm.  Carlton
