Name: Queen's Royal Sandwich
Ingredients: 1 c Apple slices; 2 ts Margarine; 4 sl Raisin bread or wheat bread; 1/4 c Strawberry preserves; 1/2 lb Turkey slices; 4 sl Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Apple slices
2	ts	Margarine
4	sl	Raisin bread or wheat bread
1/4	c	Strawberry preserves
1/2	lb	Turkey slices
4	sl	Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Saut. apples in margarine. Spread each slice of bread with preserves. Cover
with turkey, apples and cheese. Bake at 400&deg; for 6 to 8 minutes.  Yield: 4
sandwiches.
