INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
TO GARNISH
Place all the ingredients, except the olive oil and the parsley, in a
blender or food processor and blend to a smooth puree.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
Drizzle over the olive oil, and then garnish with the parsley.
