INSTRUCTIONS
Here is the salisbury recipe I us. My husband refuses any other! Got it
from a "Ground Meat Recipes" little paperback cook-book I saw at the
grocery store check-out several years ago. Tasty.
In bowl combine beef, 1/4 cup mushroom soup, bread crumbs, egg and onion.
Shape into 6 patties. Brown patties in oil in hot skillet. Pour remaining
soup over patties; add mushrooms and milk; simmer 25 min. Serves 4
