Quick and Sassy Cocktail Bites

INGREDIENTS

1 1.25 oz pkg
McCormick
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Catsup
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Cider vinegar
1 ts Yellow mustard
1 lb Smoked sausage — sliced and
Halved
Chili Seasoning by

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the first 6 sauce ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.  Bring to a
boil, t urn down heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cubed smoked
sausage and cook on medium for another 15 minutes, stirring a few times.
Serve in a chafing dish or from a small platter with toothpicks.
NOTE:  If suace does not thicken, add a bit of cornstarch.
