Ingredients: 2 lb New red potatoes; cut into 1/4 inch chunks; 1 pk (1oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix; 1/4 c Vegetable oil

INGREDIENTS

2	lb	New red potatoes; cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1	pk	(1oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
1/4	c	Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

In a sealable plastic bag shake potato chunks, dressing package and oil;
coating potates well.
Bake at for 35 minutes in ungreased baking pan until crispy brown.
