Raspberry Apple Parfait (motts)

INGREDIENTS

1 Sugar-free gelatin raspberry
flavor 4-serving size
1 c Boiling water
1 c Apple Sauce, *see note
1 c Fresh raspberries OR frozen
raspberries thawed
2 c Plain or raspberry yogurt
Fresh raspberries, if
desired

INSTRUCTIONS

In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in bowling water; stir in apple sauce
until well blended. Stir in raspberries.  Pour into parfait glasses.
Refrigerate until firm.  To serve, alternately spoon layers of gelatin
and yogurt into parfait  glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with yogurt
and fresh raspberries.  Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or Chunky Apple
Sauce. Use any glass  with a stem or a clear tumbler to serve this
colorful, low calorie  parfait. Top with yogurt and fresh raspberries.
