| 1/4 | c | Pear nectar |
| 2 | tb | Salad oil |
| 2 | tb | Raspberry vinegar |
| 1/2 | ts | Dried basil; crushed (1/2 to 1) |
| 1 | ts | Dijon-style mustard |
| 1 | ts | Sesame oil |
| 1/8 | ts | Pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover, shake well. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving. Makes 1/2 cup. Great with Northwestern Chicken Salad!
