INGREDIENTS

Boiled potatos, peeled & thinly sliced |

Pickle juice (or 1 T sugar and 1 T vinegar) |

Salt, pepper & paprika to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix everything together carefully and cook for at least 2 hours or
preferably overnight.
German Macaroni Salad: The same as above, just substitute 1/2 large
package cooked and cooled macaroni for the potatoes and add 1 Tbsp.
