Pepper
Onion salt; optional (but not

1 c Barbecue sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken pieces on a rack sprayed with
vegetable oil in a baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and optional
onion salt. Bake for about 45 minutes. Using a pastry brush or spoon, cover
with barbecue sauce. Bake 10 more minutes or until the center of the
chicken is no longer pink.
