Name: Reduced Fat Casserole in a Pumpkin
Ingredients: 2 tb Dry onion; 2 tb Brown sugar; 8 oz Sliced waterchestnuts, drained; 2 lb Browned ground turkey breast; 2 tb Soy sauce; 1 1/2 c Cooked rice; 4 oz Sliced mushrooms; 1 cn Reduced fat cream of chicken soup

Reduced Fat Casserole in a Pumpkin

INGREDIENTS

2	tb	Dry onion
2	tb	Brown sugar
8	oz	Sliced waterchestnuts, drained
2	lb	Browned ground turkey breast
2	tb	Soy sauce
1 1/2	c	Cooked rice
4	oz	Sliced mushrooms
1	cn	Reduced fat cream of chicken soup

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean seeds out of med. pumpkin. Mix all ingredients and pour into pumpkin.
Bake 1 hour in 350 oven.
