INGREDIENTS

2 Red bell peppers; roast, seed, peel,
; and julienne
1 bn Oregano; leaves only, roughly chop
1/2 c Green olives; pit, roughly chop
2 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Freshly-ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together the red pepper strips, oregano, olives, olive oil, salt and
pepper in a small bowl and reserve. Use as a garnish for salads.
