INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor combine the rocket, pine kernels, garlic, parmesan
cheese, and pecorino until creamy, then gradually add in the olive oil.
Chill until required.

of ways.Simply spread on tomatoes, grilled vegetables, bread, fish or
