INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 t Grated lemon peel
1 t Dried rosemary leaves
crushed
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Dried thyme leaves
1/2 t Coarsely ground black pepper
2 Garlic cloves, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Rub over 2 pounds of  the
meat of your choice and grill to desired doneness.  Recipe by: MR FOOD
