INSTRUCTIONS
Pop banana, oj concentrate, egg whites & hiney into a blender and blend
until well mixed.
In separate bowl, mix oatmeal, baking soda and flour. Add the blended
banana mix, raisins, chopped nuts, orange zest and cinnamon.
Drop onto cookie sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 10-12 mins in preheated 350 oven until golden brown.
