INGREDIENTS

1 qt Peaches, sliced
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 ds Salt
2 T All-purpose flour
1/4 t Cinnamon
2 t Lemon juice
1 Stick butter
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Shortening
5 T Cool water

INSTRUCTIONS

1998    
Cook peaches until tender with 2/3 cup sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Add 1/2 stick butter, flour, remaining sugar and cinnamon. Top with
pastry, pour remaining butter over top. Cook in preheated 350 oven  for
