Sage And Garlic Flatbread

INGREDIENTS

3 c All purpose flour
1 t Salt
1 T Sugar
1 T Baking powder
1 c Buttermilk
1 Egg
1 T Sage, chopped finely
2 Cloves garlic, finely minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the liquid
ingredients. Add the sage and garlic. Mix until a stiff dough
develops. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly.  Pat
or roll the dough into a form that is about 1/2-inch thick. Place  on a
greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425 oven for 15  minutes
