INGREDIENTS

2 c Self-raising flour
40 g Soft butter
3/4 c Milk
1/3 c Tomato paste
1 Tomato, sliced
60 g Salami, sliced
1/2 Red pepper, deseeded and
chopped
1/2 Green pepper, deseeded and
chopped
Spring onions, sliced
1 t Dried basil
1/2 t Dried or fresh oregano
1 c Grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Turn oven to 200 C.  Chop the butter into pieces and add to the flour.
Rub it in till it  all looks crumbly.  Add the milk and mix it to a
soft dough. Knead the dough till it is  smooth.  Roll it out to a 30cm
circle. Put it into a pizza pan or onto a tray.  Spread tomato paste
over the base and top with tomato, salami,  peppers, spring onions and
basil.  Add oregano and cheese.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Converted by
