Sally Jessy Raphael’s Stuffed French Toast

INGREDIENTS

1 Loaf bread; cubed
8 lg Eggs
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/3 c Honey
1 1/3 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix eggs, honey and milk; set aside. In a 9x13" greased pan, evenly layer
1/2 of the bread cubes, then cheese, and top with the rest of the bread
cubes. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover, and leave in refrigerator
overnight. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Serve with syrup.
