Salmon And Tomato Scallop

INGREDIENTS

2 c Canned salmon, drained
3 c Soft bread crumbs
2 T Butter or margarine
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/2 t Salt
1 t Sugar
1/4 t Paprika or pepper
2 1/2 c Chopped tomatoes
1 Egg, beaten
1 t Worcestershire sauce or
lemon juice
1 Chopped green pepper –
optional
1/4 c White wine – optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased baking dish or a pie  crust.
The top may be sprinkled with grated cheese if desired. Heat  in a 375
degree oven till top is brown, cheese is melted, and  interior is
