Salmon in Cream Cheese Pastry

INGREDIENTS

4 Salmon fillets
2 tb Butter
2 ts Lemon juice
1 ds Tabasco sauce
Pastry:
1/2 c Butter
1 c Cream cheese
1 c Grated Cheddar cheese
1 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash fillets & pat dry. Butter baking platter & arrange fillets in
such a way that there is at least 1" of space around each one. Melt
butter & stir in lemon juice & Tabasco. Brush lemon juice over
fillets. In a pastry maker or food processor or bowl cream butter &
cheeses. Add flour until dough just forms a ball. Divide dough into 4
sections & roll out on floured board until it is about 1/8" thick.
Carefully cover each fillet with the pastry shell, tucking it in at
the edges & trimming off any excess. Bake 1/2 hour or until golden
brown at 375. Serve immediately.
