Salmon in Miso ( Miso Is Fermented Soy Bean Paste)

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Fresh salmon steaks or fillets
1/2 c Light miso
1 tb Sugar
1 pn Msg (optional)
3 Scallions; chopped
1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Sesame oil
1/4 c Sake

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the steaks in a bowl large enough for marinating. In another bowl,
mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate the steaks in this mixture for
about 2 hours at room temperature, or in the refrigerator overnight. Grill
or broil until done to your own taste.
