Salmon Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Soy Sauce; (reduced sodium)
1/4 c White wine
2 tb Water
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Ginger root; grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Got a side of salmon on the smoker now. Here's the simple, but delicious
marinade:
Whisk well to dissolve sugar. Pour marinade over salmon in a glass
casserole dish and fridge it for 45 minutes.
Smoke at 225 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
