Salmon (or Tuna) And Pea Salad

INGREDIENTS

15 oz Canned salmon or tuna, about
1 Peas
2 Ribs of celery
1/4 c Mayonnaise or more, to your
preference
Lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Break up the canned fish in a bowl, drain the peas and add, cut up
celery and add. Mix up with some mayonnaise. Line bowls or plates  with
lettuce leaves, top with salmon salad.  From my Mom! Joan MacDiarmid in
