Salmon Patties (baked)

INGREDIENTS

1 large salmon
2 Potatoes
1 Egg
2 T Bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook potatoes and mash with butter. Mash salmon with juice. Add the
potatoes, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix and form into patties. Roll in
additional bread crumbs to coat.  Cover a cookie sheet with foil and
melt some margarine on it. Place  patties on the cookie sheet.  Bake
350 degrees 1 hour.  Turn patties when crusty.  NOTE: I usually add a
little salt & pepper and dill to taste.  Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest
