INGREDIENTS

3 – 4 slices of salmon filet
6 tb Teriyaki sauce
6 tb Orange juice
6 tb Ketchup
6 tb Brown sugar

I am one Hanna that was looking for a fish suggestion for Rosh Ha Shana. I
ended up making salmon teriyaki. The recipe was sent to me by someone on
the list (all I have is a return email address -- SEGA613@aol.com). It was
absolutely wonderful and very easy to make. I did not see it in the archive
so I'm listing it below.
Mix 6 TBS teriyaki, 6 TBS orange juice, 6 TBS ketchup, 6 TBS brown sugar.
Cover fish and marinate (at least 12 hours).
Bake in oven at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until fish is done.
