Salmon With Tomato Relish

INGREDIENTS

2 Salmon steaks
3 T Olive oil
1 oz Basil, fresh
1/2 Red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 Green pepper, thinly sliced
1 pt Cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Two hours before serving, combine all ingredients except salmon and
let marinade. Place salmon in lightly oiled broiling pan and broil  3-4
minutes on each side. Serve with relish.
