Salsa Alla Marinara (Mariner’s Sauce)

INGREDIENTS

3 tb Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c Minced parsley
1/2 c Olive oil
2 c Chopped, peeled tomatoes
1 ts Crumbled, dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute garlic and parsley in oil. When garlic is delicately brown, add
tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until
well-blended and thick. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
