Salsa Picante (hot Chili Sauce)

INGREDIENTS

2 Tomatoes diced
1 Clove garlic small
1/4 c Onion minced
1/4 c Fresh coriander minced
cilantro
1 t Salt
2 Green chili peppers seeded
and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In mortar grind garlic, onions, and chili peppers. (Note - I would
chop these coarsely in the food processor.) Add tomatoes, coriander,
and salt. Mix thoroughly. Use mortar (molcajete) as serving dish.
(This sauce is excellent served with any Mexican dish or food.)  Recipe
