INGREDIENTS

1 Onion, chopped
2 T Flour
1 Chopped green chilies, 4
oz.
3/4 t Salt
1 T Butter or bacon fat
1 Stewed tomatoes, chopped
16 oz.
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 ds Ground cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion in butter in medium saucepan until tender, about 3
minutes. Sprinkle in flour; stir to mix. Add all other ingredients;
bring to boiling, lower heat. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring
