Salt And Pepper Noodle Kugel

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg or no yolk noodles
1 T Oil, you may use more if you
want a richer taste
3 Eggs or 1 egg plus 3 egg
whites*
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: My own  Boil noodles as per package directions. (We like them
boiled for 10  minutes.) Drain, but do not rinse. Return to pot. Add
oil, salt,  pepper, and stir. In a separate bowl, mix together the
eggs. Add to  noodle mixture. Mix well. Bake in greased baking pan (or
spray with  non-stick spray) at medium heat, until golden brown.  *All
egg whites (use about 4) is also acceptable, but beat until  frothy
before mixing into noodle mixture  Variation, for a slightly sweeter,
but not sweet taste:  Boil noodles as before, add oil. Sprinkle
Domino's light brown  granulated sugar over noodles; wait a few seconds
until somewhat  dissolved. Mix. Follow rest of recipe. Posted to
