1 Russet potatoes, baked
1 T Chicken broth, Swanson
1/4 t Crushed garlic, Trader
Joe's
1 T Grated Parmesan cheese
Non-fat
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake the potato, dry method (Microwave 1 minute shy of done, let cool,
wrapped in towel). Remove potato from its skin. Lightly mash with  fork
as you add remaining ingredients. Add up to 1 more tablespoon of
