500 g Pork Mince
1 cn Water chestnuts
Green onions/eschallots; (chopped)
Carrots; (grated)
Asian BBQ sauce; (look in the Asian

8 Iceberg lettuce cups
Bean sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat wok with oil, cook off the pork mince for about five to six minutes.
Add water chestnuts, green onions, carrots and cook for 1 minute. Toss in
Asian BBQ sauce, mix it through for about 30 seconds.
Serve mixture in individual lettuce cups, prepare and roll at the table.
