4 Serrano red chilies, seeded
and sliced
4 T Cilantro roots
1 3/4 t Paprika
3 Garlic cloves, peeled and
minced
2 T Brown sugar
2 T Fish sauce
3 T Lemon juice
2 T Indonesian soy sauce
optional
3 T Corn oil
2 lb Jumbo shrimp, about 32

Daily News. Here  is a sample  In food processor, blend chilies,
cilantro, paprika, garlic, brown  sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice and
Indonesian soy sauce. Process  until mixture forms a paste. Transfer to
a bowl and stir in oil. Let  shrimp marinate in paste 15 minutes.
Grill or sear the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side or until they turn
pink. Place each shrimp on a 6-inch skewer and serve.  Posted to
