INGREDIENTS

1 T Butter
1 Shallot, chopped fine
1 c Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c Dry red wine
1 c Brown sauce, hot see

INSTRUCTIONS

Place butter, shallots, and mushrooms in a saucepan. Cook slowly  until
all liquid from mushrooms disappears. Add wine and continue to  simmer
until wine is reduced by half. Stir in hot brown sauce and  simmer for
