INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Raspberry jam
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Water
1 tb Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Stir and boil for 2 min. Cool and add 1
tbs. lemon juice. This is the winter version of the Sauce Melba recipe
given with the Flan Melba.
