Saucepan Stuffing And Seasoning Mix

INGREDIENTS

1 t Ground sage or poultry
seasoning
1 t Chichen bouillon granules
1 T Dried chopped celery
2 t Dried minced onions
2 t Dried parsley
leavescrushed
1/8 t Pepper
Makes 1 pack
1 1/4 C water
3 T Butter or margarine
1 Stuffing seasoning mix, see
above
4 c Partially dried bread cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

in a medium pan, combine water, butter or margarine and stuffing
seasoning mix. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium; simmer about 5
minutes. stir in bread cubes. cook 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is
abosrbed, stirring continues, cover;remove from heat let stand 5  mins.
before serving.  VARIATIONS: add more or less water, accord to how you
like it. I've  used some turkey juice in place of water-if oily turkey
juice, omit  butter. also can add celery, etc. and adjust seasoning to
