Saucy Beef Over Rice

INGREDIENTS

1 Oven bag, large
2 T Flour
1 14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
1 Env onion soup mix
1/2 c Water
1/4 t Pepper
1 lb Beef sirloin, cut in thin
Strips
2 c Hot cooked rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in bag; place in 13X9X2" pan. Add
undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water & pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to
blend ingredients. Add beef to bag. Turn bag to coat beef with sauce.
Arrange ingredients in an even layer. Close bag with tie; cut six  1/2"
slits in top. Bake until beef is tender, 40-45 minutes. Serve  over hot
rice.  File
