INSTRUCTIONS
Bring ham & water to a boil, reduce heat & simmer for 1-1/2 hours. Place
sauerkraut under ham in cooking liquid. Bring to second boil, reduce heat &
simmer for 1 hour. Thicken the liquid with the potato, bring to a boil &
season with salt & sugar.
