Sauteed New Potatoes

Potatoes 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb New potatoes, red or white
2 ts Olive oil
2 tb Water
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
Salt & freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash potatoes; do not peel.  Cut in fourths.  Heat oil in a nonstick
skillet on medium high.  Add water and potatoes and saute 15 minutes,
tossing occasionally to make sure all sides are browned and crisp.
2. Add garlic and continue to saute 5 minutes.  Add salt and pepper to
taste.
Nutritional information (per serving): 202 calories, 5 grams fat, no
cholesterol, 10 mg sodium, 22% calories from fat, 4 grams protein, 28 grams
carbohydrates.
