Sauteed Okra with Cumin

INGREDIENTS

6 tb Unsalted butter -; (3/4 stick)
1 1/2 lb Okra; stemmed, washed
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Freshly-ground black pepper
1 1/2 ts Ground cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter over high heat in a medium saute pan. Saute okra with all
seasonings 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate and cook, stirring
occasionally, an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot. This recipe yields 6
servings.
