INGREDIENTS

2 ts Unsalted Butter
1 tb Brown Sugar
1/4 ts Ground Cinnamon
Nutmeg; Large Pinch
1 pn Salt
1 1/2 oz Brandy; Or Cognac
4 c Bite-Sized Pcs Soft Fresh Fruit; Note 1
2 c Lowfat Frozen Yogurt
1 ts Chopped Mint Leaves; For Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Note 1: Fruit such as berries, peaches, apricots etc
Prep Time: 5 - 10 min Cook: 3 - 5 min
In a saute pan, melt butter over med-low heat. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg,
salt and brandy or cognac; increase heat to high and simmer 1 in. Add fruit
and cook a few min, until just warm. Divide among 4 bowls and top each with
1/2 C frozen yogurt. Garnish with mint.
Jeff fixed this for dessert tonite and it was very good...also quick and
easy!!
