INGREDIENTS

12 oz Medium or wide egg noodles (not the curly type)
4 Eggs
1 lg Onion
2 tb Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Gribenes, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the noodles and drain. Fry the onion in the oil till lightly browned.
Mix everything together. Put into an oiled baking dish, and bake at 375F
till browned.
