Savory Salmon Steaks

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Salmon steaks; 1 inch thick
1/2 c Dry white wine
2 tb Green onion slices
1/2 lb Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread; cubed
3 tb Dry white wine
1/4 ts Dried tarragon leaves; crushed
1/4 ts Dill weed

INSTRUCTIONS

Place fish in 9-inch square baking dish. Combine wine and onions; pour
over fish. Cover.  Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes or until fish
flakes easily with fork. Combine remaining ingredients; stir over low heat
until Velveeta cheese spread is melted. Serve with fish. 2 servings.
Variation: Substitute apple juice for wine.
