Scallops In Double Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Olive Oil
5 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 lb Bay Or Sea Scallops
3/4 c Slivered Red Peppers
3/4 c Slivered Green Peppers
1/2 c Chopped Onion
1/2 t Tabasco Pepper Sauce
1/4 t Salt
2 T Drained Capers

INSTRUCTIONS

Slivers of red and green bell peppers give this quickly prepared dish
vibrant color, and the garlic, Tabasco sauce and capers provide lots
of flavor. ~------------------------------------------------------
~----------------- In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the
garlic. Cook until golden, about 1 minute. Add the scallops, peppers,
onion, Tabasco sauce and salt. Stirring constantly, cook for 5
minutes, or until the scallops turn white and the vegetables are
crisp-tender. Stir in the capers and serve immediately.  From: The
