INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Diary sour cream |
| 2 | tb | Parsley, snipped |
| 2 | tb | Tarragon vinegar |

| 1 | tb | Chives, snipped |
| 3 | sm | Unpeeled cucumbers, thinly (3 cups) |
INSTRUCTIONS
