INSTRUCTIONS
Add food coloring ( your choice of color ) to 1/4 C water. Add your choice
of scented oil to water also. Mix this with Ivory Snow. Shape into balls or
other shapes. Put them in a basket decorated with ribbons and
voila..instant present.
